The solution...

Now my only problem is this:
d2:/home/tcs/jrozes:{51}fixso /usr/shlib/libXext.so
fixso: Warning: found '/usr/shlib/libX11.so' (0x2f546334) which does not
match timestamp 0x2e46d036 in liblist of /usr/shlib/libXext.so, will fix
fixso: Warning: found '/usr/shlib/libc.so' (0x2e6bbff3) which does not
match timestamp 0x2e46ab33 in liblist of /usr/shlib/libXext.so, will fix
fixso: Error: found new conflict symbol errno between libc.so and
/usr/shlib/libdnet_stub.so, new conflicts are unsupported
So I'm back at square one anyway. Guess I'll have to beat on DEC for a
new libdnet_stub.so...
