Ever since I updated to v3.0 of OSF/1 (from 2.1), xcd (the one found in
/usr/examples/motif/xcd) will not work properly. The program will run,
displaying the nice little window with cd controls but when you push the
play button, the program exits with a crash (it does continue to play the
cd, however). If I run in the dbx debugger, I get the following:
signal Floating point exception at [__divl:492 ,0x3ff83045f00]
even before the window comes up.
If I continue (after a few more fpe's), the program will finally work
but I have to dedicate a window to dbx and the whole thing seems kinda
silly anyway. Has anyone else experienced these problems? Any ideas will
be greatly appreciated and, of course, I will gladly summarize.
