SUMMARY:Can't rsh to remote machine

Thanks to all those who responded, in particular Mandell Degerness
(MDEGERNESS_at_galaxy.gov.bc.ca) who suggested that the remote root
password had expired. I changed the password and it works fine now.
As I rarely login as root, but normally su, I had missed this totally.
