EISA Raid controller

Hi,

What is the highest known rev level for the DEC EISA Raid controller?
I know of a rev D, is there a higher version? It seems I can't get
a specific rev level board unless I know the level, I can't just ask
for the highest rev level.

The 3.2 notes mention that Rev D is needed, will a C work?
