It looks like if I didn't RTFM, but it didn't seem to be nessesary to me to
add this line to the kernel configuration file because it has to do with the
"packetman" program.

Anyway, lots of good readers made suggestions that makes the program run.

The only thing I had to do was;

Add "options PACKETFILTER" to the kernel configuration file,
execute a "doconfig" to rebuild the kernel,
mv and cp these files and reboot,
"cd /dev"
"./MAKEDEV pfilt"

That's all you need !
