Upgrading Firmware 3.1

Hi

I have just upgrade my dec3000 from OSF1 ver3.0B to ver3.2a. But my
server is still on the old firmware.

I have the CD-ROM for Firmware Update V3.1. Can someone give me the
guidance to upgrade the firmware as it seems that there is no
installation guide for firmware ?
