Disk Partitions

Greetings OSFer's

I am running OSF 2.0b. When I fisrt Installed the System, I set up 2 raid
sets, the second of which is a raid level 5 of 4 1Gb drives.... At that
time I only needed 3 500Mb Partitions.... So I only set up those three in
the Partition Table........ I now (a year later) need to start using the
remaining 1.5 Gb storage left on the raid 5 set.

What is the easiest (safest) way to change the Partition Table so I can
mkfs on the rest of the Space. The Partition table as it stands now does
not include the Remaining space. I am using partitions a, d, e. I am
wanting to use f, g ,and h for three more 500Mb Partitions.

( I know I should have set this up at Install but, I hope there is a safe
way for me to correct it and the Machine has become System Critical.

Thanks in advance.
