3.2A is just 3.2 plus the OSF321 patch kit off the complementary products CD.
So, you need to do the upgrade to 3.2, then apply 3.2A patch kit.
The 3.2A patches contains advfs patches and a mandatory SMP patch, so
I'd install them.
