Starnge error.

Hello OSF managers,

I have strange problem. Sometimes I get the error on the
console Stray interrupt: IR:0.
The machine's performance degrades or sometimes machine hangs.
I'm running DEC OSF/1 V3.2
Anybody knows what it can be
