ADVFS exception

Hi -

 I am running ADVFS on my alpha 600, running OSF 3.2a.
Today I started getting repeated panics, with the message

  ADVFS exception
  Module=1, Line=2710

followed by crashes. My guess is that there is a hard
disk error on one of the disks which is causing this.
Can anyone help with more details of what to look for?
