Advfs Inconsistency Crash

I have been experiencing AdvFs Inconsistency Crash on my root partition. This
is the error message I got:

*** advfs internal inconsistency encountered ***
Module = 28, Line= 2941
N1 = -1027



panic (cpu 0): advfs inconsistency
syncing disks... done

I am still running OSF/1 3.0. Is there any way I can fix the file system so
that I can run my program without crashing?
