NFS exporting directories from OSF/1 3.2 machines to NFSv2 clients

Has anyone had any success with this? I can't get my NFSv2 clients to
access directories exported from OSF/1 3.2 machines.

On the client, I get:

NFS2 server rudy not responding still trying

On the server, I get:

Jul 5 15:08:13 rudy vmunix: svckudp_send: xdr_replymsg failed
Jul 5 15:08:13 rudy vmunix: rfs_dispatch: sendreply failed

NFSv3 mounts work fine.
