sar on Digital UNIX

Hi

Has anyone installed sar on Digital UNIX ? Appreciate if someone can
guide me to the ftp site containing the source code for sar which can be
compiled and installed on Digital UNIX.

Is it necessary to install SysV on the Digital UNIX in order to compile sar ?
