elm for Osf/1?

Can anyone out there point me to a version of the "elm" mail user
interface software that runs under OSF/1 v3.2? I have the source for
elm v2.4 but have run into substantial problems compiling it. It also
sppears that the elm developers haven't updated it in quite a while.
