unable to boot from cdrom to upgrade firmware

Hello again.

I'm attempting to upgrade my Alpha 3000/300LX's firmware but I am unable
to issue the following command to boot from the cdrom:

>>> b -fl 0,80 dka600

?UNK CMD

>>> b -fl i

same response...

I am thinking that one of my settings is wrong?
Any suggestions, directions, or comments are always appreciated.
