Sorry, I didn't post enough information. I've tried

>>> BOOT -FL 0,80 DKA600
?23 ILL CMD

>>> boot -fl 0,80 dka600
?23 ILL CMD

This seems trival but I'm getting fairly fustrated. I really
don't understand why I can't boot the cdrom.

>>> show
AUTO_ACTION = HALT
BOOTDEF_DEV = DKA300
BOOT_OSFLAGS = 0,A
ENABLE_AUDIT = OFF
BOOT_RESET = ON
SCSI_RESET = 6
DIAG_LOE = OFF
DIAG_QUICK = OFF
DIAG_SECTION = 1
LANGUAGE = 3
ETHERNET = ....
MOP = ON
SECURE = ON
RADIX = 0
SCSI_A = 7
TRIGGER = OFF

Greg
