Hi
I am using my sparcstation running Solaris 2.4 as a NIS client to my
DEC3000 NIS master server. The accounts on the DEC server has a .profile
as :
PATH=$HOME/bin:${PATH:-/usr/bin:.}
export PATH
stty dec
tset -I -Q
PS1="`hostname`> "
MAIL=/usr/spool/mail/$USER
The problem is when I tried to login the sparcstation, it is not able to
recognize the dec term. The message is :
unknown mode: dec
How can I make my sparcstation recognize the dec term ?
