Monitor for alpha

I'm trying to get hold of DEC's monitor for the alpha. The only ftp site I'm
aware of is gatekeeper.dec.com but since I'm in the UK access to gatekeeper is
fairly slow resulting in ftp resets/timeouts and so far I haven't managed to
transfer it.

Is it available anywhere else? Can someone from DEC send me a copy (split
email, DAT tape etc - do I need to ask our CSC?).
