SUMMARY: NFS-problems DEC Alpha and Sun

In the meanwhile we found out that this behaviour cam from web-clients
that got hung up. I upgraded our webserverv from NCSA 1.4 to 1.4.2 and
we haven't seen this behaviour in the meantime. Hopefully our problems
have been solved by this upgrade.
