Hi,
A few days ago I saw a mail realted to mtools in this list, and I got the
package and tried to install it in our system. I changed the devices to
/dev/rz5c in SPARC set. It is compiled without any error, and executable
formed easily. But when I try to run "mdir" I got the following message
init: open "/dev/rz5c": I/O error
But the ligh of the disket-driver is on, so /dev/rz5c is working. But
somehow there is a problem.
Interetingly in just one of our WS' it works fine !! Its identical
to the others ( As far as I know ) .
I also get the patch for mtools for alpha previously sent here, but an
error is occured when I patch, and patch did not work. Is it necessary to
make this patch ??
Do you have any idea about these ? I want to use these diskets, not to
see as an accesorie.
