vquota problem

Hi,

I've quota enabled for my fileset home1_dom#home1. One of my user,
previously with no quota, used ~128MB in /home1. After he has reduced his
disk usage to ~500kB, I try to set the quota limit for him using
vedquota userid, it showed me

/home1: blocks in use: 128672, limits (soft = 2048, hard = 5120)
                       ^^^^^^
        inodes in use: 65, limits (soft = 0, hard = 0)

and vquota userid also reads ~128MB. However, "du -sk /home1/userid"
showed the actual usage (~500kB).

How can I update the blocks in use and etc? I did a vquotacheck on home1
but it does not help. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance,
