Error Messages

Hello OSFfers --

My Alpha 3300 (OSF v2.0) shows the following console errors this morning:

beta vmunix: vnode table is full
9701: /usr/sbin/comsat:/sbin/loader: Fatal Error. cannot map libc.so
inetd[9702]: execv /usr/sbin/comsat: exec format error

The system has been running just fine. Any possible explanations would be
greatly appreciated!!!!
