Official FTP archives available

Archives of the alpha-osf-managers and decstation-managers mailing
lists are now available from
ftp://ftp.ornl.gov/pub/archives/mailing_lists/. Right now I've got
everything since October '93 in the archives. If there's enough demand
I might be persuaded to go back even farther, but most of that
information is obsolete by now.

My next goal is to make these available via the web, perhaps using the
same Hypermail software that Stanford is using for their archives (see
http://www-archive.stanford.edu/lists/alpha-osf-managers/hyper/ or
http://www-archive.stanford.edu/lists/decstation-managers/hyper/).
