I'd link to find out a tool who can tell me about all files opened at
one time ( and the pathname if it's possible) on OSF 3.0

Hello,
check "lsof" on vic.cc.purdue.edu (path = /pub/tools/unix/lsof for anon. ftp).
it list all open files, sockets etc ... (if possible with filenames).
really one of the best tools i've ever seen !
