Hi,

we have a DEC7000 here which exhibits some problems when using
h2ph-generated .ph files... Some of the generated .ph files
expect a sub main'SEC_BASE, which is never defined.

My guess is that this is the security-level and is normally defined
in the compiler or by make (when rebuilding the kernel). Thus there
seems to be no static definition anywhere..

I would like to know now what would be the best way to define this sub
to the correct setting w/o having to edit all perl-scripts to require
a global file..

This is w/ perl 4.036

        # uname -a
        OSF1 merlion.singnet.com.sg V3.2 17 alpha)

Has anyone had this problem before? How did u solve it?
Any help appreciated

Mathias
