Blank mail every 30 minutes

Don't reply to this mail some "me too" messages, but, does someone know why I
got from 2 days, every 30 minutes (at 05 and 35 minutes of every hours) some
blank mail messages (no header or trailer included), just the from line :

              alpha-osf-managers-relay_at_sws1.ctd.ornl.gov
