[S] HP4M laserJet Printer with JetDirect Network Interface

It's true this list is amazing, who needs to pay for Digital support which in this case
was wrong...
The 'unsupported telnet lpd' is totally unnecessary, - the following printcap entry
makes the printers work perfectly (so far anyway)

the printers autosense text/postscript and so rp can be set to text and postscript files

For anyone that needs to know which port this printer listens on the consensus of opinion
is that its 9100.
