Reading disk with bad sectors

Dear Managers,

Running 'fsck /dev/rz13c' on a disk which refuses to mount
says that some 20 sectors or so of the disk are 'unreadable'.

fsck says it will correct the error, but things remain the
same, and I cannot recover the disk.

My question is: How coud I read, copy to tape, or otherwise
============== have access to the GOOD part of the disk,
                   just ignoring the bad sectors?

Any way of mounting the disk, regardless of
                   its 'dirty' status?

Thanks in advance for any help,
   Leonardo
