3-Hour Account

Does anybody know of a script where I can limit the usage of a user to
let's say 3 hours only ( accumulated - the customer can log in for an
hour today then 30 mins. tomorrow, etc.. until the 3 hour limit
expires).The counter should activate as soon as the customer establishes
PPP connection.
