We have an Alpha Servers 2100 with OSF/1 (last release).
Our Ingres ver. is 6.4.0.5.
Our problem is:
With 55 concurrent users, 2 iidbms and 8 slaves the cpu gets exhausted.
Our Alpha:
Number of CPU: 2
Main Memory: 1GB
Disk space: 28 GB
Database size:4GB
Since it is not a high load to this kind of Machine, we think there must be
something wrong with our configuration. Has anybody had any similar
experience with Ingres and OSF/1 and know how to fix this problem ?
