Install 3.2c

Hello folks,

        Im about to do a full install of 3.2c
        on a 3000/300LX

        This is a similar question to one just
        asked by Sophia Liow :
        
        My SROM is at V2.1 , so
        is any upgrade of this required before I do
        the install.
