Q: iconv 8859/1 <-> cp850

Hi Managers,
  
I have to convert ASCII files back and forth between codeset ISO 8859/1
and CodePage 850 (used on IBM PS/2 machines).
I know that iconv can do the job but I couldn't find the appropriate
converter on my machine (Digital Unix 3.0).
Anyone who can help me here? Maybe there are public domain tools?
