[Q] any Experience w/ 3rd party drives on AlphaStation 600

Hello Experts,

does anybody have any experience with 3rd party fast/wide SCSI disk drives
in the new AlphaStation 600?

We consider buing a 4 GB drive, but the original DEC seems to bee too
expensive.

Thanks for any hints, recommendations (or even problem reports)
