I think I misused the word 'definitive', and would like to
clarify. The developer of the driver only said that it would
likely work, and the fellow using the DE500's in the 2100's
only said that it is working. I don't want to give the impression
that the developer made any statement on behalf of DEC,
which he, in his response, specifically had not.
