SUMMARY: decoding errlog for SCSI errors

No one really could decode the uerf output. Surprise, surprise! But that disk
is essentially an RZ28, and Knut.Hellebo_at_nho.hydro.com pointed out the caveat
in the release notes for recent versions of OSF/DU about adding a SZ_NO_TAG
flag to the entry for the disk in /sys/data/cam_data.c. (For example, see the
release notes for version 3.2C, page 2-7.) I added the flag to
the entry for "DEC DSP". Unfortunately this did not eliminate the error
messages, though it may have reduced them. So the problem is unresolved.
