Bad block in AdvFS?

I appear to have a bad block on a disk partition that holds an AdvFS
file system. With UFS, I believe you can use 'badsect' to have files
hold the bad sectors. That's not possible with advfs (right)?

What's the proper solution here? Dump the data & re-format the disk?
