tools for detecting memory leaks, etc.

Hi,

I.m looking for tools that help in detecting memory leaks,
freeing already free'd memory, array bound overruns, etc.

I have some (good) experience with Purify, but that appears
not to be available for Digital Unix.

any suggestions ?

I'm using Digital Unix 3.2b (soon 3.2c) on an Alphaserver 2100.
