Help with Alphastation 250

Hello Admins,

I just received my Alphastation 250 4/266 for upgrading my old DECstation
5000/240. However, there are a couple of problems. The biggest one has to
be the lack of a keyboard. The it's a minor oversite on my part, but the
information in the electroinc store did not say anything about needing a
keyboard to be added to the upgrade package. The User's Guide describes
the keyboard, but does not list a part number that I can order. And it also
tells me that the LK401 keyboard which I'm currently using on the DECstation
(as well as other Alpha stations) may not work on the model 250. So I hope
someone can tell me the following:

1. Is there a way to make the LK401 keyboard work on the Alphastation 250?
The connectors are different, but the 250 keyboard interface has a
clock signal that does not appear on the LK401.

2. If I can't modify the LK401 to work with the Alphastation 250, what
model will I need to buy?

I'd also like to know about its memory subsystem. The show version
command returns: X5.0-20 Jul 18 1995. Is this machine's memory
capacity limited to 256 MB?

Also, isn't ISA a rather dated bus architecture? What kind of devices
does DEC UNIX support on this bus in this system?

thanks in advance for any information.
