SUMMARY: Printing Rich Text Format files

I'm indebted to Anthony D'Atri <aad_at_nwnet.net> for providing all the
leads for solving this question.

To get from RTF to PostScript you can go via html, using the following
converters:

rtftohtml, found at
ftp://ftp.cray.com/src/WWWstuff/RTF/latest/src/unix.tar.Z

html2ps (Perl script), found at
ftp://ftp.tdb.uu.se/pub/sources/html2ps
