Browsing old Networker 3.0 files with NW3.1

We have recently upgraded Networker 3.0 to 3.1. We are unable
to change the browse time past the date of the upgrade. We would
like to browse past that point.

I have already recreated the device files and updated the index.
Still Nothing.

Any help would be great.
