IRC Server

Hi Fellows,

I tried to compile the IRC server in our AXP 2100 running Digital Unix
3.2, but it didn't compile... I got this version from cs-ftp.bu.edu.

Anybody has an idea of how can i compile it, or at least get a newer
version, as it's dated of 1990.
