LPD problem on 3.2C

Recently I finally bit the bullet and upgraded from version 1.3 to 3.2C. The
upgrade went smooth (actually not an upgrade - I did a clean install of
3.2C) and when all the local files were put back where they belonged the
system seemed to be running perfectly.

However, this system is (was?) set up serve LPD requests for an HP printer.
Since the ugrade it has refused to accept any LPD requests. In the log
file it indicates that the connect had a "malformed address". I have
compared the setup of this system with another we are running with 3.2C
and can't find any differences (I'm obviously not looking in the right
place).

If anyone has any hints on where to look for what is misconfigured in the
networking/lpd arrangements I would greatly appreciate it (as would a
couple of people who are having a hard time printing right now).

Thanks,

Bryan Peterson
