ADVfs problem after a crash

Hello,

last week I upgraded a AlphaStation 200 4/233 from DU V3.2A to DU V3.2C. The
firmware version is 5.0-29.

Today, the station crashed without any reason.

Trying to reboot, I got:

>>> b
trap: invalid memory access from kernel mode
panic (cpu 0): kernel memory fault
syncinf disk done.
DUMP: No primary swap, no explicit dumpdev.
      Nowhere to put header. Giving up.
>>>

I used the DU CD-ROM to boot.

>>> boot dka400

After the boot I was able to mount /usr (usr_domain) but not / (root_domain).
I created by hand /etc/fdmns and then root_domain and usr_domain with the
correct links in root_domain and usr_domain.

# cd /etc/fdmns/root_domain
# ln -s /dev/rz0a rz0a
# cd /etc/fdmns/usr_domain
# ln -s /dev/rz0g rz0g
# mount -t advfs root_domain#root /mnt (does not work)
I have the following messages:

trap: invalid memory access from kernel mode
panic (cpu 0): kernel memory fault
syncinf disk done.
DUMP: problen with specified dumpdev 0x100001, status 19, not used
DUMP: No primary swap, no explicit dumpdev.
      Nowhere to put header. Giving up.
----------- End of message --------------
advfsstat root_domain gave the same error message.

My questions:

1) Who know what means the message ?
2) How can I reboot without loosing my root partion ?

Thanks in advance for replying.
