Alpha 3000/400 console errors

Greetings all,

I have a DEC 3000/400 here, which has recently been updated to OSF/1
3.2C(fw rev 6.2), and is now crashing frequently. The error messages
reported after crashing include:

        ?02 ICSP INVAL
        ?06 DBL MCHK

I don't seem to have a Service Guide available, so I can't be sure
of what the error messages actually mean. Could someone be kind enough
to mail me what the messages identify?

Has anyone else encountered something like this after upgrading to
3.2C(and firmware ver 6.2)?
