CDE - where to find it in DU 3.2C?

I'm told that the CDE (=Common Desktop Environment) is available with
DU 3.2C, but I can't find it anywhere. I presume it's an optional fileset
that I have to load, but I can't see it in the list of filesets. Do DEC call
it something other than CDE? Can someone give me a pointer where it's to be
found on the CDs.
