SUMMARY: setting reset button behavior on AlphaStation 255 4/298

Thanks to Anthony Baxter <anthony.baxter_at_aaii.oz.au> who guessed that
this is like other AlphaStation 2xx models. He pointed me toward the
motherboard switch settings in the manual, which does mention a DIP
switch to change the reset button behavior. [The section of the manual
discussion console variables does not cross-reference the DIP switch.]
