compiling GNU tar under DU 3.2c

I am trying to compile GNU tar under DU 3.2c
but I do have a few problems .

1) I do not have GCC binaries
2) When I try to compile GCC it asks me for so many questions I am not sure
about

so does somebody has GNU tar binaries ?
