Summary: bind 4.9.3 and zone xfers

I've sovled by bind 4.9.3 zone transfer problem. There was a typo in my
master zone file. An A record listed a machine with ip number that ending in
1200. :-) The older version of bind didn't seem to mind, but the new one
does.
