XTACASD and OSF/1 v3.2b

Dear managers,

I upgraded from OSF/1 v3.0 with minimal security to v3.2b with enhanced
security on my DEC 3000 server. Previously xtacacsd ran finely. Now, only
the users that have the old password (in /etc/password) can authenticate
at the access server. The users who set new password can login to alpha
station but not at the access server.

I compiled a recent version of xtacasd (v3.5), but it continues matching
for passwords at /etc/password. The new securiry environment on OSF
manages the password files in a different way, that cannot talk with
xtacacsd.

Does anyone can help me?
