Upgrade to DU 3.2d

I am currently running OSF/1 3.2b and would like to upgrade to 3.2d (or the most current version).

1 - Are the upgrades comprehensive? (Do I need to go to 3.2c then 3.2d or just load 3.2d?)

2 - Are these upgrades just patches that can be freely downloaded from Digital's ftp server? If so, where are they, because I have had no luck in finding them.
